She had already tried changing the batteries, thinking that must be the issue. No dice. She&#8217;s very tech savvy, so I know she&#8217;s already done all the basic checks on it.<\/p>\n<p>After some essential googling, I came across this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Lenovo\/comments\/11exm0n\/on_getting_a_lenovo_ultraslim_plus_wireless\/\">post on Reddit<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/user\/ageingrockstar\/\">ageingrockstar<\/a> that actually solved the problem. So ageingrockstar is a rockstar!<\/p>\n<p>So quoting the instructions here, in case it gets lost somewhere in the ether:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Removed batteries from both keyboard &amp; mouse<\/li>\n<li>Took receiver dongle out of usb-slot on computer<\/li>\n<li>Reinserted batteries but with the mouse <em>off<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Reinserted receiver dongle<\/li>\n<li>Turned the mouse on<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This afternoon I got a frantic cry for help, the vrow&#8217;s Lenovo keyboard just stopped working.
